Carmazul(Phytolacca americana)

Planta medicinala care creste spontan sau cultivata in locuri umbroase. Radacina este groasa, tulpina inalta pana la 2 metri, frunzele sunt de dimensiuni mari. Florile sunt de culoare alba sau purpurie. Carmazul infloreste in luna iulie sau august. Fructul este o baca de culoare rosie inchisa pana la negru, cu seminte negre.
